  Horrible service! Order living room set and was set up for delivery. I’m leaving for a deployment overseas and wanted to make sure my family had furniture before I leave... delivery was a nightmare! They called 6 mins before getting to my house and once I said someone is 10 mins ago they completely ignored and stated “you have to call to reschedule another delivery!” Called the customer service line and kept stating “we can reschedule for the new year”! Once I spoke to a supervisor, we received a call AGAIN from the delivery “people” that they were 10 mins out.... 3 hours later and nobody knows anything! The whole process sucks!! Save your money and go somewhere else!! No customer service at all!! They even stated that if we reschedule the items go back into the wearhouse and if someone else decides to buy it, we will have to WAIT fot another item to be available! Even though it is payed for!!! The sucks period!!

  Good furniture. Updating my post from a year ago. The quality of the furniture isn't that good. The sectional we bought is in a condo we only use a couple days every few months and we will be replacing the sectional soon. You sink a lot farther than you should.

  I have no problem with them excellent customer service they taking care of me every times i went there it’s a good place to shop for your stuff I love it.
